Senior AI Agent Engineer
You will help decide what the Serus agent should be capable of, work out how to achieve it and build it.

The role
We’re looking for deep practical knowledge of agents and models, strong engineering ability and good intuition about what is possible. You should be comfortable taking an ambitious product idea, exploring different approaches and turning it into a capability that works for customers.
Former founders and people who have independently built ambitious products are especially encouraged to apply.
What you’ll do
- Build advanced agent capabilities and improve existing behavior.
- Design approaches to planning, tool use, memory and persistent work.
- Connect the agent to our OSINT engine and external services.
- Choose suitable models, architectures and execution patterns.
- Prototype new ideas quickly and evaluate whether they deliver useful results.
- Improve judgment, reliability and recovery across complex tasks.
- Work with product and design to make powerful capabilities understandable and useful.
What we’re looking for
- Strong software engineering skills and substantial hands-on experience with AI agents.
- A deep understanding of model capabilities, limitations and tradeoffs.
- Evidence that you can build beyond straightforward API integrations.
- Good technical and product intuition.
- The ability to own an ambiguous problem and deliver a working solution.
- We care about what you have built and how you think.
