How to remove yourself from AtData
AtData is an email-data company, not a people-search site. Use its opt-out page at instantdata.atdata.com/optout, or email privacy_support@atdata.com. In its 2024 California registry report, AtData gave a median of 1 day for opt-outs of sale and 38 days for deletion requests.
On average, Serus sends about 184 removal requests per person, 89% of them to data brokers, so expect AtData to be one of many.

AtData doesn't publish a relisting policy. Marketing data is refreshed from new sources, so a new email address or device can create new records.
Your rights
AtData, LLC is registered as a data broker in California, which is where the registry figures above come from.
California: CCPA. If you live in California, the CCPA lets you ask a business to delete the personal information it holds about you and to stop selling or sharing it. Businesses generally have 45 days to respond.
California: the Delete Act. Data brokers that hold information on Californians must register with the state. California residents can use DROP, the state's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform, to send one deletion request to every registered broker at once.
Other US states. Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and a growing list of other states give residents a similar right to delete. Vermont, Texas and Oregon also make data brokers register with the state. Where no state law applies, the broker's own opt-out above still works for most people.
European Union: GDPR. You have the right to have your personal data erased and to object to its use for direct marketing. Companies must respond within one month, and you can complain to your national data protection authority if they don't.
United Kingdom: UK GDPR. You can ask any company to erase your personal data and to stop using it for direct marketing. It has one month to respond. If it doesn't, you can complain to the ICO.
