How to remove yourself from PropertyRadar
Also known as PropertyRadar, Inc.
PropertyRadar's privacy policy sends Do Not Sell My Info requests to a OneTrust web form, and lists 888-914-9661 as a phone route. The registry also gives privacy@propertyradar.com. Opting out of sale won't cover publicly available data.
On average, Serus sends about 184 removal requests per person, 89% of them to data brokers, so expect PropertyRadar to be one of many.

Watch out for
- Opt-out of sale doesn't cover publicly available data, so county property records tied to your name can stay in its product.
- PropertyRadar says it doesn't sell what subscribers give it directly, so the opt-out is about the third-party data it compiles.

Does it come back?
PropertyRadar doesn't publish a relisting policy. Public property records keep flowing from counties, so check again after you move or after a property transaction.
Your rights
California: CCPA. If you live in California, the CCPA lets you ask a business to delete the personal information it holds about you and to stop selling or sharing it. Businesses generally have 45 days to respond.
California: the Delete Act. Data brokers that hold information on Californians must register with the state. California residents can use DROP, the state's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform, to send one deletion request to every registered broker at once.
Other US states. Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and a growing list of other states give residents a similar right to delete. Vermont, Texas and Oregon also make data brokers register with the state. Where no state law applies, the broker's own opt-out above still works for most people.
