How to remove yourself from Datalogix
Datalogix now belongs to Oracle. Opt out on Oracle's Data Cloud opt-out site, which names Datalogix. Oracle's inquiry form handles anything else. The opt-out is per browser: it only applies to the browser and device you use.
On average, Serus sends about 184 removal requests per person, 89% of them to data brokers, so expect Datalogix to be one of many.

How to opt out of Datalogix
- 1
Open Oracle's consumer data privacy site
Go to datacloudoptout.oracle.com. Oracle says the opt-out covers every Oracle Data Cloud system. Datalogix is one of them.
- 2
Opt out in each browser
Each opt-out applies to one browser on one device. Repeat it wherever you browse.
- 3
Request your data if you want to see it
The same site lets you view your interest segments. You can also request a copy of the offline personal data Oracle Advertising uses, once you verify your identity.
- 4
Use the inquiry form for questions
Oracle's Privacy Choices page points to an inquiry form for any question or concern about these options, including a request you've already made.
Watch out for
- Oracle retired the standalone Datalogix privacy policy in November 2016. Look for Oracle pages, not datalogix.com.
- The browser opt-out relies on a cookie. Clearing cookies can reset it.
- Oracle says Oracle Advertising doesn't currently process offline personal data outside the United States.

Does it come back?
Oracle doesn't publish a relisting policy for Datalogix. Because the opt-out is stored per browser, a new browser or a cookie wipe means you have to opt out again, so it's worth setting a reminder to repeat it every few months.
Your rights
California: CCPA. If you live in California, the CCPA lets you ask a business to delete the personal information it holds about you and to stop selling or sharing it. Businesses generally have 45 days to respond.
California: the Delete Act. Data brokers that hold information on Californians must register with the state. California residents can use DROP, the state's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform, to send one deletion request to every registered broker at once.
Other US states. Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and a growing list of other states give residents a similar right to delete. Vermont, Texas and Oregon also make data brokers register with the state. Where no state law applies, the broker's own opt-out above still works for most people.
