How to remove yourself from Cuit Online
Also known as CUITonline
CUITonline removes people from its results through the form at cuitonline.com/bajas. You upload a photo or scan of an ID document that shows your name, CUIT or DNI, plus a letter asking for removal that includes a set phrase. The site is in Spanish and aimed at Argentina.
On average, Serus sends about 184 removal requests per person, 89% of them to data brokers, so expect Cuit Online to be one of many.

How to opt out of Cuit Online
- 1
Get a document with your name and CUIT or DNI
A photo or scan of any identity document works as long as your name, CUIT or DNI is visible. CUITonline lists a DNI, cédula, driver's licence, a utility bill in your name or a passport.
- 2
Write the removal letter
The letter asks CUITonline to take you off the site and has to include this sentence, which CUITonline gives on its page: "Comprendo que la remoción de mis datos personales del sitio cuitonline.com se limita sólo a este sitio, y que los buscadores de internet y sitios similares, podrían mantener esta información en sus bases de datos hasta que sea actualizada por sus dueños."
- 3
Add a power of attorney if you're not the person listed
A representative or agent has to attach a copy of the power of attorney as well.
- 4
Send everything through the form
Go to cuitonline.com/bajas and attach the photo or scan of the document and the letter in the removal form at the bottom of the page.
Watch out for
- The site says in the required sentence that removal applies only to cuitonline.com. Search engines and similar sites can keep the data until their owners update it.
- Companies are only removed if they've already been deregistered with AFIP. Other company requests are rejected.
- A company request needs a certified copy of the statute or articles and of the latest board appointment, a certified copy of the requester's DNI and a signed, stamped letter.
