  1. 1

Open the CourtCaseFinder privacy choices page

Go to courtcasefinder.com/optout, the opt-out page InfoPay lists for this site in the California registry.

  2. 2

    Choose the right request

The page offers a Do Not Sell/Share form, a TrustArc data subject request form, and an email route for covered persons and expungement inquiries.

  3. 3

    Covered persons: email InfoPay

Removal requests from covered persons under the Daniel Anderl Act and expungement inquiries go by email to compliance@infopay.com.

Watch out for

  • The Do Not Sell/Share form and the data request form are different requests, so use the one that matches what you want.
  • InfoPay's California registry filing reports 18,145 deletion requests in 2024, 13,640 complied with in whole and 4,505 denied, so keep your confirmation.
