Also known as InMobi Advertising, Glance
InMobi is a mobile advertising company. Its opt-out page stops interest-based ads from InMobi's network and needs your advertising ID or a cookie ID. California residents can also opt out of sale there. For other requests, InMobi's privacy policy lists dsr@inmobi.com.
On average, Serus sends about 184 removal requests per person, 89% of them to data brokers, so expect InMobi to be one of many.

How to opt out of InMobi
- 1
Open InMobi's opt-out page
Go to advertising.inmobi.com/page/opt-out, titled Opting Out of Interest-based Advertising.
- 2
Opt out of interest-based advertising
InMobi says this stops it placing ads based on your interests across its advertising network. You'll still see ads that aren't based on your interests.
- 3
Have your advertising ID or cookie ID ready
The opt-out is tied to a device or browser identifier, so it applies to that device or browser only.

California residents: opt out of sale
The same page lets California residents opt out of the sale of their data under the CCPA.
- 5
Email for anything else
InMobi's privacy policy lists dsr@inmobi.com for requests, plus ccpa@inmobi.com and dpo@inmobi.com. Its support page and California registry entry give privacy@inmobi.com.
Watch out for
- The opt-out is device or browser based, so repeat it on every phone, tablet and browser you use.
- InMobi's page describes opting out of interest-based advertising, not deleting a profile.
- InMobi doesn't publish a deadline on the opt-out page.

Does it come back?
InMobi doesn't publish a relisting policy. Because the opt-out is tied to an advertising ID or cookie ID, resetting your advertising ID or clearing cookies can create a new identifier that needs a new opt-out.
Your rights
InMobi is registered as a data broker with the California Attorney General, and its page offers California residents an opt-out of sale under the CCPA.
